April 14, 2012 Green Spring Gardens

The Capitol Hill Garden Club had a docent led tour of the gardens and house at Green Spring Garden.   What a hidden treasure this place is.  It is located on Braddock, near Little River Turnpike.  The Potomac Valley Watercolorists will be having their spring show there May 1 - June 25, 2012.  What a beautiful venue.

Party Night at Springmaid

Students get to display their art on Friday evening.  We had a wonderful buffet, cocktails and dancing, surrounded by beautiful art.  Bob was the most handsome artist there.

It was sooooo cold and windy when we got off the  gondola, -12 celcius.  We took one long run amd thenn called it a day and rode back down to our town,  Canillo.

Taking a rest from the wind on Rosignol trail, over 20 kilometers long.
